Deux Frères

In Sept 2023, we launched (and continue to do publicity for) Deux Freres, Sydney's first dedicated Basque pintxos venue - the third venue from our clients Franco-Sydney restaurateurs Johan Giausseran and Vincent Ventura (The L'Entrecôte Group), in Circular Quay. The restaurant is an ode to the bite-sized finger foods served up in Basque Country bars and taverns, where Sydneysiders can experience their own taste of San Sebastian’s bustling tavernas, loading up their plates from a counter packed with trays of toothpick-ed pintxos and sipping on house-made vermouth and Basque sparkling wine (txakoli), dramatically served by pouring from a height!
